Arrival

Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow a stress free book-in, fill in a record card and to enjoy your valuable chill out time. Being on time for your appointment is very much appreciated. Regretfully late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time. This is a courtesy to clients that maybe waiting.

Cancellation Policy

Time is precious, we respect yours we ask you to please respect ours….  Our computerised system sends a text message to the mobile number you provided (on booking) 24 hours before your appointment, PLEASE REPLY ‘C’ TO CONFIRM. This doesn’t cost you to do, it confirms it on our system that you are attending your appointment, however it does not cancel the appointment if you don’t confirm the text, so we will be expecting you. If you change your mobile number please remember to notify us, as your message will go to the number we hold for you on the system. Please also have another reminder system in place either in an electronic or paper diary, in the unlikely event you don’t get your reminder message from us.

Please call us or message us (leave a message if we don’t pick up) or on social media, please don’t reply to the reminder text message we send you, these are outgoing messages only. If you change your appointment at the time you receive the text (24 hours before) there will be no charge, however if you don’t notify us I’m afraid there will be a 50% charge of the treatment booked, our system will automatically add this to your next appointment. If you simply do not attend your appointment there will be a 100% charge on your next appointment. If you arrive late and a treatment cannot be carried out a charge will also be incurred. Please note we do not want to charge anyone, but please understand that our therapists/hairdressers and professionals are all self employed, if you miss an appointment and we cannot re-fill it, its the individual’s earnings that is effected, we really hope you understand this.

Gift Vouchers

Treat someone special with an Elysium experience, gift vouchers make a thoughtful gift for any special occasion and can be purchased over the telephone with a debit or credit card. Vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be for a particular treatment or stated amount which can be spent on both products or treatments. Please note that vouchers are loaded on our system on the day its purchased, the system will automatically delete the voucher exactly 6 months after this date, expired vouchers cannot be used without exception, you are advised to book at least 1 month in advance to secure an appointment before the voucher expires. If you miss your appointment for any reason I’m afraid you will loose the value of that treatment off the value of the voucher.

Car Parking

There is ample parking here at the Elysium, the street in front of the salon is free parking, however at busy times there is a car park 1st left after the salon, which we would ask you to use. Parking outside the salon is accepted however please be aware of surrounding residents and their homes.

Terms & Conditions

A minimum deposit of 50% of the treatments total value is required when booking any package, party package or multiple treatments exceeding 1 hour. This is non-refundable if cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice.

All treatment times quoted on the website are approximate and include undressing/dressing if applicable.

Consultations are complimentary & confidential.

When booking with a gift voucher you must quote the number, you are advised to book at least a month in advance, to ensure an appointment before the voucher expires.

Expired gift vouchers cannot be used without exception.

Please turn off the volume on your mobile phone.

The Elysium cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, please leave valuables at home.

Although we love children, we respectfully ask that you do not bring your children with you to your appointment, this is for the comfort of other clients who may have escaped their own families to enjoy some peace and quiet.

In the unlikely event that you have any cause for complaint please inform a member of staff before you leave. We will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.
