Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to allow a stress free book-in and to enjoy your valuable chill out time. Being on time for your appointment is very much appreciated. Regretfully late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time. This is a courtesy to clients that maybe waiting.

Cancellation Policy

 

Time is precious, we respect yours we ask you to please respect ours… Our computerised system sends a text message to the mobile number you provided (upon booking) 48 hours before your appointment, this is a reminder only and gives you plenty of time to cancel or reschedule your appointment (please do not message back to this number as its not monitored). To manage your bookings online please log into the ‘Customer Login’ tab and follow the steps to reschedule, cancel or change your appointment (You will then be sent an email to confirm your appointment along with any forms relevant for the salon. The relevant forms are important for insurance purposes and if not filled in we will have to cancel your appointment and you could be charged.

In order to use online booking we will ask for your card details, we don’t take the payment for your treatment, these details are taken to uphold our cancelation policy, if you do not give 24 hours’ notice when cancelling your appointment your card will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.  The same will apply if you simply do not turn up to your appointment. If you arrive late and a treatment cannot be carried out a charge will also be incurred.

Please note we do not want to charge anyone, but please understand that our therapists/hairdressers and professionals are all self-employed, if you miss an appointment and we cannot re-fill it, it’s the individual’s earnings that’s affected; we really hope you understand this. There are of course always emergencies and exceptional circumstances that we will deal with on an individual basis.

Please make sure you are booking in for the right treatment, there has been confusion with some treatments where clients have mistaken what treatment they require, we have explained each treatment in detail but if you are still unsure please call or message us to confirm.

Please make sure both your mobile and email address is current and update if needed. Please also have another reminder system in place either in an electronic or paper diary; in the unlikely event you don’t get your reminder message from us, its your responsibility.
You can of course still continue to call and leave a message on our answerphone, or leave a message on messenger if online booking is not for you, the same terms apply.

 

Gift Vouchers

Treat someone special with an Elysium experience, gift vouchers make a thoughtful gift for any special occasion and can be purchased online (you will need the recipients email address) over the telephone with a debit or credit card, or you can message us on our socials to arrange to pick a hard copy.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be for a particular treatment or stated amount (only a stated amount online). Please note that vouchers are loaded on our system on the day its purchased, the system will automatically delete the voucher exactly 6 months after this date, expired vouchers cannot be used without exception, you are advised to book at least 1 month in advance to secure an appointment before the voucher expires. If you miss your appointment for any reason I’m afraid you will loose the value of that treatment off the value of the voucher.

We can extend a voucher whilst it is still live and are happy to do this for you, however if the voucher has been automatically deleted off the system there is nothing else we can do.

Car Parking

There is ample parking here at the Elysium, the street in front of the salon is free parking, however at busy times there is a car park 1st left after the salon, which we would ask you to use. Parking outside the salon is accepted however please be aware of surrounding residents and their homes.

Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to ask for full/part payment  when booking any package or multiple treatments exceeding 1 hour. This is non-refundable if cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice.

All treatment times quoted on the website are approximate and include undressing/dressing if applicable.

When booking with a gift voucher you are advised to book at least a month in advance, to ensure an appointment before the voucher expires. Expired gift vouchers cannot be used without exception.

Please turn off the volume on your mobile phone. This is for the comfort of other clients and your therapist.

The Elysium cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, please leave valuables at home.

Although we love children, we respectfully ask that you do not bring your children with you to your appointment, this is for the comfort of other clients who may have escaped their own families to enjoy some peace and quiet.

In the unlikely event that you have any cause for complaint please inform a member of staff before you leave. We will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.  After your treatment our system will send an email for you to review your appointment, please do spend 5 mins telling us what you thought, good or bad we really do value your feedback.
