 Both of our hair stylists are self employed and manage their own diaries, because of this you cannot use the online booking system.  With this in mind please only call the contact details shown here on either mobile (call or text leaving a message with a contact number to get back to you) or social media if you have it.  We always suggest social media being the best form of contact, someone will always get back to you, please be patient.

Please also message or call in the same way to change, cancel or rearrange appointments.  We please respectfully ask that you give at least 24 hours notice or a cancelation / no show cost maybe added to your next appointment.

The salon is key coded and controlled by a passcode to enter, you will be given the code upon making an appointment , unfortunately we are not a walk in salon as we are all busy with clients.  However we will arrange a consultation and or patch test with you at a convenient time  that suits.

We have made a decision to look at all products we are using across the whole business to be as clean and organic as possible, we will be introducing lots of new products and treatments in the coming months but for now our Hairdressers are the first to make this change by introducing the colour brand O&M.

O&M products are never tested on animals, and are ammonia, sulphate-free, PPD & Rescorcinol free, paraben-free, triclosan-free, phthalate-free, sodium chloride-free, MIT, and propylene glycol-free.

O&M was developed out of a need for safe, non-toxic and effective professional hair products, the vision is to bring this Australian-born natural, luxury haircare and styling range that is safe, effective and beautiful to use.

Please give 24 hours notice to change, reschedule or cancel your appointments or charges will apply

If you are a new client or having colour for the first time we must insist on a parch test 48 hours prior to your appointment. We would have to cancel if you fail to do this.

Any changes to your appointments must be made 48 hours before and not on the day of your appointment as charges will apply.

Please turn down the volume on mobile phones to be respectful of other clients 

Please note that vouchers purchased for the hair salon must be used in the hair salon and note that there’s a 6 month expiry date. Expired vouchers cannot be used without exception.

We want to manage your expectations, please do bring pictures/photos of your desired style but be mindful that we may need more time to get the finished look, this will be explained in a full consultation.
