Where has this year gone… it’s Christmas in 7 weeks! As always we have a couple of things we would like to share with you, its just a reminder of some of our terms and conditions which are generally helpful to you and us, so please give this a read.
As you can imagine Christmas is the busiest time of year for our business with no room for error as the diaries are booked up solid. With clients booking their Christmas appointments already, we ask you to please make sure you have booked in for the right thing, if you have booked in for a gel-polish application but actually wanted nail extensions there is a time difference on these appointments and would mean we could only have the time to do the gel application. There are explanations of each service when you book online and we have done a number of posts to explain the difference between them. We don’t want you to be disappointed, so please double check.
You may also want a little nail art, if this is a simple design there will be no charge however if its more elaborate send us a picture on social media so we can see how long this would take/and if the design is achievable and charge accordingly (there is an ‘add nail art’ option online usually around £5 extra).
It’s a busy time of year and can often see clients double booking themselves and having to rearrange or cancel at the last min, please refer to our cancellation policy and give more than 24 hours notice to cancel if you need to. You get a reminder 48 hours before your appointment from our system for the day/time and what treatments you have booked in for. If you no longer need everything you have booked in for please let us know 24 hours before so we can free up this for another client.
Everywhere gets crazy during Christmas week and roads can be mayhem, please give yourself enough time to get to your appointment as arriving late could mean we would have to cut down your appointment, or worst case cancel your appointment and you would still unfortunately be charged.
If your treatment requires a patch test, you must book in to have this done at least 24 hours beforehand. If you arrive to the appointment and you haven’t had one we won’t be able to do your treatment. People don’t realise that this is a necessary requirement for insurance purposes. We understand this is a pain, it is for us too, but it’s a must.
Please save the door code to your phone under Elysium, but please only use this code if you have an appointment, please don’t use it to pop in to buy a voucher as no one will be available to do this for you. To purchase a voucher you can simply go online – all you require is the email address of the recipient. Or if you prefer a hard-copy please message us on social media and we will arrange for a time for you to pop in. Please also be aware that all vouchers purchased will get 6 months from December 25th – even if you purchase them now – we will do this manually on the system until June 25th 2024).
If you unfortunately don’t get your Christmas appointment booked, please remember to always check ‘last min availability’ a great feature of our online system, as soon as a cancellation or reservation has been moved, which happens all the time, the space will appear straight away so keep your eyes peeled, we will also post availability on our socials.

Our opening times are normal with Christmas Eve falling on Saturday. We will reopen after Christmas on the Thursday 29th until Saturday 30th Closed New Year’s Eve, reopening with normal hours from Wednesday 4th Jan.
