We launched our Japanese Head Spa in October – a soft launch to make sure we had it right and then waited to get feedback from our clients so we could ‘tweak’ things if we needed to, happy to report we didn’t need to tweak anything. You only have to read the reviews to see what our clients think of this treatment, it’s a winner. Our launch price was £70 and we will honor this price till the end November. Our relaunch video was viewed over 10,000 times, our thanks to everyone who shared, commented and supported us. Social media can be so difficult, frustrating and expensive for small businesses. We have no requirement to go viral we just want to showcase what we do. Please help us in the future however you can by giving us the odd share or comment it really does help! It has all been Japanese Head Spa but we cannot leave our partnership with Evolve out in the cold. The feedback from our regular facial/massage clients absolutely love the changes – the smells, the feel of these quality natural products have really made a difference. The new techniques have also gone down a storm. Our packages shown on our booking app incorporate facials massages and body treatments, there’s also a package to incorporate the Japanese head spa with the taster Evolve facial this is a total winner for a Christmas gift but it is really hard to choose. One of the best ideas is to put a value on the voucher then your recipient can choose for themselves. Vouchers – can be purchased electronically via our booking app here please note that all you need is the recipients email address and you can decide when the voucher gets delivered for instance – Christmas morning! You can purchase vouchers just before midnight on Christmas Eve (so please tell your male friends who panic buy 😊). We will keep on eye on purchases and extend all vouchers purchased for Christmas and extend them for the full 6 months.
If you wish to purchase an Evolve Organic skin gift set or a physical Gift Card you need to know that our salon is permanently locked and you cannot just ‘pop in to get one’, if you contact us by phone or ideally message us on our socials we will then be able to arrange for someone to be free to do this for you.
The salon will close for a much needed rest in-between Christmas and the New Year. We close Christmas Eve and reopen Friday 3rd January. Appointments as always will change so if you don’t see availability pop yourself on the wait list we will be looking at this several times a day, cancellations always happen, we can contact you from here and hopefully get you booked in. Please also give the required notice to cancel your appointments we do not want to charge anyone but if 24 hours are not given then I’m afraid we have to in order to protect our therapists earnings.
Please note:
We have had an increase in people bringing children with them to their appointment. We are really sorry but we must again ask that you don’t. We have quiet relaxing treatments ongoing but we also don’t have the seating capacity for the children to be comfortable and nor the insurance if they are sat in reception unaccompanied. Please adhere to the salons terms and conditions they are there to protect everyone.
